We understand that travel plans can change, and at farehubcity, we strive to make the refund process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations and refunds.

Remember:

Refund works at two times, first, when the passenger cancels and second, when the service provider cancels. To let you know, we are the bridge between you and the service providers. We do not set a policy for refunds of the service providers. However, we closely work with you to smoothen the procedure.

Flight Bookings

Eligibility for flight refunds is determined by the airline's cancellation policies. Certain tickets may qualify for a refund, while others might be non-refundable or eligible only for a credit voucher.

Refundable Tickets: If you cancel a refundable ticket, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Some charges may be taken for the cancellation.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Refunds may not be available, but you might qualify for a future travel credit based on the airline's policies.

Hotel Reservations

Refunds for hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Fully Refundable Rates: Cancellations made within the allowed time frame will be refunded in full.
Non-Refundable Rates: Unfortunately, these bookings cannot be refunded. If a hotel is unable to accommodate your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to secure a refund or alternative accommodation.

Cruise Bookings

Refund policies for cruises vary depending on the cruise line and the timing of your cancellation.

Early Cancellations: Typically, eligible for partial or full refunds, minus any cancellation fees.
Late Cancellations: Refunds may not be available. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for more information.
